Two Papers by Rayto Awarded First and Second Prizes in 2025 Outstanding Antitrust and Unfair Competition Paper Competition

On December 16, the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association successfully held an award ceremony and seminar for outstanding cases and papers in the auditorium of the Nanjing Lawyers Association. This event was hosted by Senior Partner Lawyer Wu Jiaran of Rayto Law Firm.

In attendance were Li Yuefeng, Vice President of the Nanjing Lawyers Association; Wang Jie, Deputy Secretary-General; Li Junwei, Supervisor; along with the Committee's Director, Deputy Directors, and some committee members. Seventeen award-winning lawyers representing papers and cases from multiple law firms gathered for the occasion. Professor Xu Difeng from the Law School of Nanjing University and Professor Mei Shuwen from Nanjing University of Science and Technology were invited as judging experts.

The paper "Reconstructing the Establishment Standard for the Reverse Engineering Defense," authored by Wang Runying and Zhang Luqian of Rayto Law Firm, was awarded the First Prize in the 2025 Outstanding Antitrust and Unfair Competition Paper competition!

The paper "Practical Exploration and Optimization Path for the Reasonable License Fee Assessment Mechanism in Crimes of Trade Secret Infringement," authored by Rong Chen and Bao Cheng of Rayto Law Firm, was awarded the Second Prize in the 2025 Outstanding Antitrust and Unfair Competition Paper competition!
