Great news has arrived from the Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education—two teaching cases organized and submitted by the School of Law and Public Administration of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) have been successfully selected for the "China Professional Degree Case Center Case Library."

Both cases are derived from real litigation matters: "Analysis of China's First Copyright Infringement Case Involving a Local Standard: Jiangsu Tianshun Metal Materials Group Co., Ltd. et al. v. Anhui Wuxing New Materials Co., Ltd. for Copyright Infringement Dispute" and "Unfair Competition Case Involving the Misappropriation of 8 Engineering Images."
