What we witnessed was not merely a training event, but a roadmap for young lawyers to break through their own limitations.

On December 14th, Rayto Law Firm's third "Empowering Young Lawyers · Dedicated Cultivation" Youth Training Camp was successfully held in an enthusiastic atmosphere. The event was jointly hosted by Senior Partner Lawyer Wu Jiaran and Partner Lawyer Meng Tan of Rayto Law Firm. The venue was fully occupied, with a focused and lively ambiance.

01 When Introverts Can Also Find Their Path

The training camp began by confronting a practical issue: not all lawyers are adept at socializing.

In the morning, Lawyer Chen Sisi, Partner at Weiheng (Nanjing) Law Firm, offered a different answer—the power of long-termism. For young lawyers who are not fond of socializing or have limited resources, her advice was "steady, sustained effort, and belief in persistence."

She particularly emphasized the value of visibility. Whether through writing articles or creating videos, the seeds planted today, even if not immediately noticed, may yield opportunities in the future. She also reminded young lawyers to always include their contact information, making their expertise discoverable.

02 Positioning in the Wave of Industry Youthfulness

Lawyer Chen Jing, Deputy Director of Rayto Law Firm, presented noteworthy data: in the field of intellectual property services, practitioners under the age of 40 account for over 51%, becoming the backbone and future hope of the industry.

In this context, she encouraged young lawyers to set higher professional goals, deeply integrate personal growth with the firm's brand, and embark on a new journey of development together.

03 Breaking Geographical Limitations

How does one build a local and even national client network in a completely new city?

Lawyer Wei Chaofeng from Rayto Law Firm shared his insights on "Client Acquisition and Deal Closure for Young Lawyers in Different Locations," providing practical methods to break geographical boundaries.

The sharing by Senior Partner Lawyer Hu Fengfeng and Lawyer Yan Fei of Rayto Law Firm returned to the essence of legal services.

They repeatedly emphasized: sincerity and professionalism are not optional; they are the fundamental qualities of a practicing lawyer. In their view, perfecting every detail is what builds a personal brand worthy of clients' trust.

04 Honing Skills Through Simulated Confrontation

The afternoon "Lawyer Simulated Case Investigation" session transformed theoretical knowledge into practical ability. Six groups of young lawyers faced various challenging client scenarios, demonstrating distinctly different coping strategies.

Guest commentators Lawyer Yuan Yang from Jiangsu Bosida Law Firm and Lawyer Li Jun from Gaopeng & Partners (Nanjing) Law Firm provided meticulous feedback on each group's performance.

From the details of pre-meeting documentation and the application of negotiation strategies to the presence a lawyer conveys and on-the-spot adaptability, the judges offered sincere advice. The outstanding performances of both the Rayto and Bosida young lawyer teams received full recognition.

05 Roundtable Forum: How Young Lawyers Gain Client Trust

The subsequent "Roundtable Forum" propelled the event to another climax.

Centered on the core topic of "How Young Lawyers Gain Client Trust," Lawyer Quan Yingzhi, Partner at Jiangsu Shengdian Law Firm; Lawyer Li Jun from Gaopeng & Partners (Nanjing) Law Firm; Lawyers Yuan Yang and Hu Hui from Jiangsu Bosida Law Firm; and Lawyers Wang Qi and Wu Xuejian from Rayto Law Firm provided numerous valuable suggestions for young lawyers.

These included actively showcasing professional identity, leveraging social platforms effectively, cherishing referrals, and understanding that details determine success. They emphasized treating clients with sincerity during communication, being meticulous about key details like dates, times, and amounts, and highlighted that confidence is a crucial energy—believing in one's own professional value is essential to winning client trust.

06 Deep Cultivation for a Better Arrival

At the conclusion of the event, Lawyer Jiang Haijun, Director of Rayto Law Firm, delivered closing remarks.

He encouraged all young lawyers: To be a lawyer, one must be kind. Those who persist in deep cultivation will ultimately receive the gift of time.

Director Jiang also shared his own habit of daily immersive English learning.

He emphasized long periods of focused study and setting clear growth goals for oneself. Whether one aims to become an excellent manager or a top-tier specialist lawyer in the future, every effort made today is, in the long run, building one's own core competitiveness. All this will ultimately lead everyone to greater success.
