Key Responsibilities:

1.   Responsible for the analysis and handling of relevant intellectual property cases;

3.   Coordinate internal and external legal affairs of the firm and provide corresponding legal consultation.

Job Requirements:

1.   Graduated from a well-known domestic or overseas university with a bachelor's degree or above; passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination with excellent results;

2.   At least three years of experience in domestic and/or overseas intellectual property litigation;

3.   Capable of independently completing case evidence collection, case analysis, court hearings, document drafting, and related work, with extensive courtroom experience;

4.   Strong team spirit, proactive, conscientious, and responsible.

Job Requirements:

1.   Master's degree or above, graduated from a well-known domestic or overseas law program, and passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination; candidates with outstanding academic results may be considered with a bachelor's degree;

2.   Strong interest in intellectual property cases;

3.   High degree of team spirit, proactive, conscientious, and responsible.

Recruitment:

Patent Agent

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Provide high-quality full-lifecycle patent legal services for science and technology innovation enterprises in technical fields such as machinery, electrical engineering, biomedicine, and chemical new materials, including domestic and international patent searches, patent mining and portfolio planning, drafting and filing, responses to office actions, reexamination, and invalidation;

2.   Provide patent-centered search and consulting services for enterprises, including FTO, search and analysis, patent search due diligence, and patent-related intellectual property legal counsel services;

3.   Provide patent-related training services to clients;

4.   Participate in patent litigation cases of the firm in the relevant professional field based on the actual needs of the lawyer team;

5.   Other patent-related work.

Job Requirements:

1.   Bachelor's degree or above in majors such as mechanical automation, new energy, chemical new materials, electric power and electrical engineering, electronic information, computer science, communications and internet, biology, or botany;

2.   At least 3 years of patent-related work experience, capable of independently handling cases; experience in patent mining and portfolio planning, search and consulting projects, foreign-related portfolio filings, plant variety-related work, or team mentoring and leadership is preferred;

3.   Passing the Patent Agent Qualification Examination and the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination is preferred;

4.   Conscientious, dedicated, and responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills.
