Release Date:2026-02-02 Number of views:14
From January 27 to 29, representatives of Rayto Law Firm—Jiang Haijun, Chen Bin, and Zhang Luqian—traveled to Vietnam for a series of productive business visits and professional exchange activities, as part of the firm’s in-depth implementation of the Overseas (ASEAN Region) Intellectual Property Protection Service Project.
The mission aimed to explore the intellectual property service needs in the Southeast Asian market and build cross-border cooperation bridges.
January 27
The Rayto team first visited the Jiangsu Enterprise Association of the China Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and toured Liann Precision Alloy (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.
In exchanges with entrepreneurs of two generations, the Rayto team shared professional insights on intellectual property protection while gaining valuable perspectives from the entrepreneurs’ pioneering experiences and business acumen. This interaction deepened the team’s understanding of the actual IP needs and pain points faced by Chinese enterprises expanding into Vietnam.
January 28
The Rayto team visited two “old friends”—INTERFIVE CO., LTD and KENFOX IP & Law Office, both specialized intellectual property law firms.
The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the current state of IP protection in Vietnam and cross-border business cooperation models, reaching multiple consensuses on specific directions for collaboration. The meeting further consolidated Rayto’s partnership with local Vietnamese professional institutions, creating favorable conditions for providing more comprehensive cross-border IP services to clients of both sides.
January 29
The Rayto team visited Tilleke & Gibbins, a prestigious firm in the intellectual property field.
As the first international law firm to establish offices in Vietnam—entering Ho Chi Minh City in 1992 and Hanoi in 1994—Tilleke & Gibbins has深耕 the Vietnamese market for nearly three decades, with a workforce of over 170 employees, including an IP team of nearly 20 professionals.
Through in-depth exchanges, both sides discovered a high degree of alignment in their professional service portfolios and service philosophies in the IP field, paving the way for broad prospects for future deep cooperation.
Conclusion
Through this multi-level and multi-dimensional exchange visit, the Rayto team gained an in-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market environment and enterprise needs, while establishing closer cooperative relationships with local IP institutions in Vietnam.
As part of the Overseas (ASEAN Region) Intellectual Property Protection Service Project, if Jiangsu enterprises encounter IP challenges in the ASEAN market, we can provide you with precise and reliable legal support free of charge, serving as a solid backing for enterprises going global.
To date, Rayto has established long-term partnerships with professional institutions in over 100 countries worldwide. Rayto will continue to expand its international cooperation network, assisting Jiangsu enterprises—and Chinese enterprises at large—in better protecting their innovations in the process of globalization.
