On February 8, 2026, the banquet hall of Nanjing Qinglong Villa Hotel was brilliantly lit and filled with guests as Rayto Law Firm held its 2026 Annual Gala in grand style!

This grand event was both a heartfelt review of the glorious journey of 2025 and a bold embarkation on the new journey of 2026.

01 Review and Achievements: Fruits of Success

At 9:30 a.m., the annual gala commenced in a solemn and warm atmosphere. All Rayto members gathered together to listen to the echoes of the past year's efforts.

Heads of various departments took the stage one after another to share their outstanding achievements in 2025:

Under the leadership of Lawyer Chen Liyun, the Patent Department achieved leapfrog development. The integration of fresh talent and the promotion of seasoned colleagues built a "strong and capable" team matrix. The number of domestic patent application filings completed throughout the year reached a new high, adhering to quality benchmarks and improving service efficiency. The quarterly quality inspection and evaluation mechanism effectively ensured professional standards.

Led by Lawyers Hu Fengfeng and Yan Fei, the Litigation Department demonstrated the fighting spirit of "special forces," traveling across the country, with "high-speed rail meals" bearing witness to the team's dedication. This year, the team nurtured two U50 industry rising stars, added the prestigious honor of National Expert on Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance, and successfully prepared for the establishment of the Hangzhou Branch, planting Rayto's flag in the more core region of the Yangtze River Delta. Multiple cases with judgments or loss prevention exceeding one million yuan stood as resounding echoes of professional value.

Lawyer Wu Xuejian, head of the Search and Consulting Department, showcased a weighty capacity certification: successfully serving leading mobile phone suppliers and expanding into new territories of patent navigation and corporate strategy consulting. The addition of new professional骨干 and the deepening of the integrated service model of "search analysis-patent layout-stability analysis" broadened the professional moat.

Under the leadership of Lawyer Chen Bin, the Foreign-related Legal Affairs Department won first-class honors such as the Jiangsu Provincial Bar Association Legal Service Product Award. This year, the department deepened its efforts in the field of cross-border e-commerce legal services, actively participated in the 2025 AIPPI Congress in Japan and the INTA Annual Meeting in San Diego, USA, and made solid strides in internationalization.

That evening, the banquet hall was dazzling with lights and filled with laughter and joy. Hosts Li Qingchen, Zhou Haili, Zhang Jinhui, and Hu Yufan ignited the lively atmosphere with their passionate opening remarks.

Director Jiang Haijun delivered a New Year speech, extending his warmest wishes to all colleagues and their families.
