Jiang Haijun, Du Yuancheng, and Chen Bin, three attorneys from the Rayto IP team, have been appointed as experts for guiding overseas intellectual property dispute resolution in Anhui Province!

The Anhui Intellectual Property Development Center recently announced the list of experts for its provincial guidance database on overseas IP dispute response. Attorneys Jiang Haijun, Du Yuancheng, and Chen Bin from the Rayto team were successfully selected, in recognition of their profound professional expertise and extensive practical experience in the field of foreign-related intellectual property.

This expert selection process was carried out in line with the Regulations of the State Council on the Handling of Foreign-Related Intellectual Property Disputes (State Council Decree No. 801), aiming to advance Anhui’s capacity in guiding responses to overseas IP disputes and support local enterprises in their global expansion. Following a procedure of open solicitation, voluntary application, merit-based selection, and public notice, a total of 35 experts were ultimately chosen.

The inclusion of three Rayto attorneys not only serves as authoritative recognition of their individual professional competence but also highlights Rayto’s comprehensive strength and industry influence in the IP sector, particularly in cross-border IP protection and dispute resolution.
