Wang Jin is an expert in handling overseas intellectual property disputes in Jiangsu Province, a key intellectual property talent in Jiangsu, and a member of the Jiusan Society. She received the Nanjing Lawyers Association Outstanding Intellectual Property Business Award in 2019. Cases she represented were selected among the "50 Typical Intellectual Property Cases of Chinese Courts" in 2018, and she has been recognized multiple times for outstanding cases by the National Lawyers Association and the Nanjing Lawyers Association. She was also a key member of the TOP 10 Patent Litigation Team in the 2018–2019 Outstanding Intellectual Property Litigation Patent Team rankings. With extensive experience in patent prosecution, invalidation, and intellectual property litigation, Wang Jin excels in resolving intellectual property disputes in commercial activities. She has represented over a hundred intellectual property commercial dispute cases and provided comprehensive IP invalidation and维权 services for clients such as Epiroc Group, Nanjing Tongrentang, Victor Sport, Hengshun Vinegar, Maxwell Technology, Xiaoyangren Group, and American Rhino Software.

Li Qingchen is a lawyer, patent attorney, and partner at Jiangsu Rayto (Suzhou) Law Firm. He serves as a member of the Patent Business Committee of the Jiangsu Lawyers Association, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Suzhou Wuzhong District Lawyers Association, a part-time mediator for intellectual property disputes in Jiangsu, an intellectual property service trainer in Jiangsu, a member of the public service team for overseas intellectual property litigation in Hefei National Intellectual Property Protection Demonstration Zone, an expert at the Nanjing Enterprise Service Center, and a member of the intellectual property expert pools in Wuhu, Huainan, and other regions.

The "China's 50 Elite Intellectual Property Lawyers Under 50" (U50) annual selection is jointly organized by IPR Daily and the Zhongce Intellectual Property Research Institute. Since its successful launch in 2023, the U50 has gained widespread influence and a strong professional reputation in the industry.
In 2025, the third U50 selection attracted active participation from intellectual property lawyers across the country, with record-breaking numbers of applicants. After rigorous qualification review, professional evaluation, and comprehensive deliberation, 50 elite lawyers were finally selected for this year.
