Li Tong, Yu Wanping, and Wei Chaofeng, patent attorneys from Rayto Law Firm, Rated "Excellent" in the Third 2025 Training Assessment

To implement the national intellectual property administration's initiatives on promoting high-quality intellectual property creation and in accordance with the "Elite Guardians" Pre-examination Patent Attorney Development Project Implementation Plan (Ning Zhibao [2025] No. 9), the Nanjing Intellectual Property Protection Center and the Jiangsu Patent Attorneys Association jointly conducted the third training assessment of 2025.
A total of 92 practicing patent attorneys from 35 agencies participated in this assessment. The results show that 28 individuals achieved an "excellent" rating, representing an excellent rate of 30.4%, while 82 individuals attained a "qualified" or higher rating, representing a pass rate of 89.1%. Details are shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
In this assessment, patent attorneys Li Tong, Yu Wanping, and Wei Chaofeng from Rayto Law Firm—specializing in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals, metallurgy/materials/chemistry, and mechanical engineering—stood out among the many participating patent attorneys and received an "excellent" rating in the assessment.
