Mr. Xuejian Wu, M.A., aged 30, with both patent agent and legal professional qualifications. Since 2016, he has been engaged in intellectual property work, dedicated to legal services of patent mining portfolio, patent retrieval consulting, intellectual property due diligence and enterprise intellectual property strategy consulting, and pioneered intellectual property legal service products with patent retrieval as the core.He won the second runner-up in the 2018 incoPat New Technology Retrieval Contest and was awarded the intellectual property backbone talent of Jiangsu Province and the trainer of the National Intellectual Property Training (Anhui) Base.

He has led nearly 100 patent retrieval and intellectual property due diligence cases, assisting a number of investors to complete intellectual property due diligence in the investment process. In particular, he successfully assisted investors in completing an investment worth more than 100 million yuan in the US company Arthrosi Therapeutics. He was invited to attend the 2020 Suzhou Biomedical Industry Development Conference and gave a keynote report entitled "Due Diligence of Intellectual Property Rights of Biomedical Enterprises from the Perspective of Investment" at the Biomedical Intellectual Property & Digital Transformation dual-drive development salon. He participated in more than 30 patent invalidation cases, especially the successful invalidation of the core patent of the "rotary mop", which helped the client resolve a patent lawsuit worth 6 million yuan. He also helped Zhejiang Risun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in listing in the Science and Technology Innovation Board, helped the client cope with a patent lawsuit worth 40 million yuan in the listing process, and declared part of the patent involved in the case invalid.

Among the cases submitted for selection this year, the patent invalidation cases of the mop dehydration device (2009201545109), the integral hydraulic elevator dam (2013200704532) and a new deformed bulb lamp (2018215716018), as well as due diligence report on the free implementation of ultraviolet absorbers in Europe (EPO) and Japan, due diligence report on the patent right of new chemical entity CFH367-C, high solid content water dispersion adhesive in Mainland China, due diligence on free implementation of high solid content aqueous dispersion adhesive in Chinese mainland, and defense case of magnetic tape (US9797420) patent infringement complaint of Amazon platform are all cases led by Xuejian Wu or in which he played a key role.
