Lawyer Fuying Zhang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, and became a practicing lawyer since 2017. She worked at Anhui GreatWall Law Firm in 2017 and transferred to Rayto Partners, P.C. in late 2019. Now, she is a full-time lawyer of Rayto.

Since engaging in the legal business of Intellectual Property property rights, Fuying Zhang has devoted herself to legal services in the fields of trademark, copyright and unfair competition. She has participated in a large number of Intellectual Property property non-litigation cases such as review of rejected trademarks, trademark opposition, trademark invalidation and cases of revocation of trademarks not been used for three consecutive years, and also Intellectual Property property litigation cases on trademark, copyright, unfair competition and trade secret protection. She has helped a series of companies establish and improve the trademark management system and trade secret protection system, and has extensive legal service experience. Lawyer Fuying Zhang represented or involved in the handling of the cases submitted by Rayto Partners, P.C. to participate in the selection this year, such as the administrative litigation case between Maanshan Shangjia Food Co., Ltd., the People's Government of Maanshan and Maanshan Administration for Market Regulation, and the administrative dispute case on review of rejected trademark between Chinese character research expert "Uncle of Chinese Characters" Richard Sears and the China National Intellectual Property Property Administration. Among them, the administrative litigation case between Maanshan Shangjia Food Co., Ltd., the People's Government of Maanshan and Maanshan Administration for Market Regulation was selected as "Top 10 Typical Cases of Intellectual Property Property Administrative Protection in 2020" by Anhui Administration for Market Regulation.
