He holds both the lawyer license and patent agent practicing certificate, and has been engaged in Intellectual Property property legal service for a decade. He specializes in legal services such as patent portfolio affirmation, patent infringement case analysis, patent retrieval and analysis, Intellectual Property property infringement litigation and enterprise Intellectual Propertyproperty management.

His recent Intellectual Property property research projects:

1)March 2014.3 - March 2015, Regional Intellectual Property Property (Patent) Resource Analysis and Promotion Project, CNIPA Project, participating in the project as a major member.

2)September 2017 - July 2018, Industrial Patent Analysis Report (Volume 60) - Articulated Robot, CNIPA's Industrial Patent Analysis Project, organizing and leading members of the research team to complete the project with high quality.
