On July 13, 2026, the Intellectual Property Practical Training Camp (Fourth Session) of the School of Law and Business at Sanjiang University officially opened at the Nanjing Intellectual Property Protection Practice Base (Rayto Law Firm).
Attorney Jing Chen, Deputy Director of Rayto Law Firm, and Attorney Liyun Chen, Head of the Patent Department, attended the opening ceremony, along with Teacher Dachun Gong, Director of the Law Department of the School of Law and Business at Sanjiang University, and Teacher Yonggang Zuo. Min Wang from the Search and Consulting Department of Rayto Law Firm presided over the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Attorney Jing Chen, Attorney Liyun Chen, and Teacher Dachun Gong delivered opening remarks successively. Attorneys Jing Chen and Liyun Chen, on behalf of Rayto Law Firm, extended a warm welcome to the university leaders and participating students, and reviewed the fruitful results achieved in the first three sessions of the training camp. Rayto has always been committed to providing a practical platform for intellectual property talent cultivation in universities, and hopes that students will actively participate and think diligently in the upcoming practical training, deeply integrating theoretical knowledge with practical operations.
In his speech, Teacher Dachun Gong thanked Rayto Law Firm for its consistent strong support of the training camp. He pointed out that the training camp is an important measure for the School of Law and Business to thoroughly implement the concept of applied talent cultivation. From the first three sessions to the fourth, the training camp model has become increasingly mature. He encouraged the more than ten participating students to cherish this hard-won practical training opportunity, apply what they learn under the guidance of lawyers, and grow into pillars of the intellectual property industry as soon as possible.
Min Wang, who served as the host of the opening ceremony, introduced that the first three sessions of the training camp relied on the firm’s real case-handling resources and brought together lawyer mentors across the entire intellectual property field to carry out systematic teaching around career planning, case study, litigation procedure standards, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, corporate intellectual property risk control, and other content. In the previous session, the teaching upgrade of case summary and practical achievement transformation was already achieved. The courses of this session will be carried out on schedule with high quality. She hoped that students would cherish this normalized practical platform, think actively, communicate proactively, consolidate their professionalism through research and study, and clarify their career development direction. Finally, she wished the fourth session of the training camp complete success and declared it officially open.
This session of the training camp lasts for two weeks. Rayto Law Firm has arranged rich learning content for the students, with multiple senior lawyers delivering lectures. The courses cover multiple core practical fields, including analysis of typical trademark cases in 2025 and study of intellectual property litigation cases. Participating students will deeply engage in practical operations under the guidance of supervising lawyers, immersively learning practical skills in intellectual property legal services through real cases.
This is the result of another collaboration between the School of Law and Business at Sanjiang University and Rayto Law Firm following the successful holding of the first three sessions. Rayto Law Firm will continue to work closely with intellectual property schools and departments in universities to collaboratively cultivate new forces in the industry and continuously supply new-generation backbone talents to the intellectual property industry.
