Successful Completion! Attorneys Fengfeng Hu, Chaofeng Wei, and Qingchen Li Participate in the Jiangsu Lawyers Association “Foreign-related Lawyers Training Camp”

From June 22 to 26, 2026, the “Foreign-related Lawyers Training Camp” organized by the Jiangsu Lawyers Association was successfully held at the Jiulonghu Campus of Southeast University.

Eighty outstanding lawyers from law firms across the province participated in this training. Three lawyers from Rayto—Fengfeng Hu, Executive Director of Rayto (Changzhou) Law Firm and Head of the Lawyer Department of Rayto; Chaofeng Wei, Senior Partner at Rayto; and Qingchen Li, Partner at Rayto (Suzhou) Law Firm—attended the training, completed all courses, and successfully graduated, achieving new professional advancement in the field of foreign-related legal services.

The training camp had a strong faculty. The course content closely followed current frontier hot topics and practical needs in foreign-related legal services, covering foreign-related trade secret law; 2026 practical compliance in the North American clean energy supply chain regarding FEOC and OBBBA; foreign-related guarantee practice; new requirements for legal services along the Belt and Road; cross-border data compliance; cross-examination / comparison of international and domestic commercial arbitration; contract strategies and practical points for Chinese enterprises responding to sanctions and changes in the political environment; how lawyers can help enterprises use global free trade agreements for trade and investment; cross-border investment case analysis; opportunities for foreign-related business brought by current geopolitical changes in the Middle East and lawyer business related to anti-sanctions; structural due diligence: how lawyers upgrade from checking materials to making risk judgments; core content and trends of international engineering legal services in an era of great changes; typical data compliance issues in gaming going global; legal risks and compliance challenges of investing in Latin America; legal risks and practical strategies for Chinese enterprises investing in India: the “last mile”; advanced practical use of AI tools for lawyers; cross-border investment practical cases and common issues under complex and changing situations; and China-Russia trade and investment legal practice and dispute resolution.

In addition to classroom teaching, participants also conducted in-depth exchange and sharing on “the promulgation of the new Arbitration Law and its impact,” and held a mock international arbitration tribunal English debate competition, effectively enhancing their practical skills in foreign-related legal services through practical exercises.

Attorneys Fengfeng Hu, Chaofeng Wei, and Qingchen Li of Rayto participated in the entire training, strictly observed discipline, actively interacted, and successfully completed all learning tasks and graduated. Through the five-day systematic study and practical exercises, the three lawyers comprehensively improved their professional capabilities in fields such as foreign-related trade secret protection, cross-border investment compliance, international arbitration, and data compliance, further consolidating Rayto’s legal service foundation for serving enterprises “going global”!
