Nine Rayto Lawyers Attend the Third “Top 100 Intellectual Property Talent” Training Program of the Nanjing Lawyers Association

On June 7, 2026, the opening ceremony and first intensive lecture session of the Third “Top 100 Intellectual Property Talent” Training Program of the Nanjing Lawyers Association were grandly held in the lecture hall of the Municipal Lawyers Association. This training program gathered 102 outstanding lawyers in the intellectual property field, aiming to build a high-quality, interdisciplinary IP lawyer team.

Nine lawyers from Rayto—Qi Wang, Cheng Bao, Ni Xiang, Jiawei Liu, Xiaoyu Mou, Jieming Yang, Suyun Zhang, Liyun Chen, and Qian Xu—were successfully selected for this training program, once again demonstrating Rayto’s professional depth and talent reserve advantages in the intellectual property field.

This training program brought together forces from various sectors to jointly promote talent development. Attorneys Haijun Jiang, Cheng Ye, Jiaxin Gu, Jianhua Hu, Zeng Wei, Hefeng Mao, Yaqiong Shang, Lin Zhu, Suyu Huang, and Xiaoyu Mou participated in the organization and specific work of the training program, providing solid support for the learning and exchange of the 102 participants.

After the opening ceremony, the training program launched its first intensive lecture session, with two heavyweight experts giving wonderful presentations to the participants.

Jian Song—former Chief Judge of the Intellectual Property Division of the Jiangsu High People’s Court and a National Trial Expert—gave a presentation titled Introduction to Intellectual Property Legal Practice. Combining years of judicial experience, he systematically reviewed key and difficult issues in intellectual property litigation, laying a solid practical foundation for the participants.

Futao Suo—Professor and Assistant Dean of the School of Intellectual Property, Nanjing University of Science and Technology—focused on New Challenges in Criminal Protection of Copyright in the Digital Era. He deeply analyzed cutting-edge issues in criminal copyright protection in the digital environment, closely following the pulse of the times and sparking heated discussion.

As an important force in the field of intellectual property legal services in Nanjing, Rayto has always attached importance to professional development and talent pipeline cultivation, and has sent outstanding talents to participate in this training program for three consecutive sessions.
