Rayto Lawyers Attend the First Member Representative Congress of the Sixth Session of the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Research Association; Haijun Jiang Elected Vice President of the Council

On May 30, 2026, the First Member Representative Congress of the Sixth Session of the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Research Association was successfully held in Nanjing. As an important milestone in the Research Association’s leadership transition, the congress reviewed and approved the work report and financial report of the 5th Council, and elected the 6th Council and its leadership. Director Haijun Jiang, Attorney Yujiao Wang, and Attorney Long Jin of Rayto attended the congress as member representatives.

Previously, in order to further strengthen supervision over the appointment of leaders of social organizations, and in accordance with relevant regulations and document requirements for social organizations, the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office had conducted a pre-appointment public announcement of the proposed leadership candidates. At this leadership transition congress, the procedure was smoothly completed: Attorney Haijun Jiang, relying on his deep professional expertise and extensive industry influence in the intellectual property field, was formally elected as Vice President of the 6th Council of the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Research Association.

Attorney Haijun Jiang, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1975, holds a master’s degree, is a professor-level intellectual property professional, and is a member of the Jiusan Society. He currently serves as Director of Jiangsu Rayto and also as Director of the Intellectual Property Business Committee of the Jiangsu Lawyers Association.

The new leadership of the Council elected at this congress is a strong lineup, covering multiple fields such as administrative agencies, publishing and media, universities and research institutions, pharmaceuticals, optics, asset evaluation, and legal services. This cross-industry and interdisciplinary composition fully demonstrates the unique positioning and advantages of the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Research Association in integrating resources and promoting the full-chain development of intellectual property.
