Rayto Team Shines Brightly in San Diego as the 2025 INTA Annual Meeting Kicks Off

On May 17th, the 147th International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting grandly commenced at the San Diego Convention Center in California, USA. As the largest global intellectual property gathering in the post-pandemic era, this year's conference attracted over 10,000 participants from 140 intellectual property jurisdictions worldwide, including brand owners, professionals, government officials, business leaders, judges, and scholars.
Rayto's team, led by Managing Partner Jiang Haijun, attended the event alongside lawyers Wang Jiu, Chen Bin, Meng Tan, and Rong Chen. At Booth 1436, they engaged in in-depth exchanges with global industry professionals, actively sharing the latest practices and innovative achievements in China's intellectual property field. Discussions focused on cutting-edge trends in intellectual property development within the context of AI.
On May 19th (local time), Lawyer Jiang Haijun participated in the China Judicial Forum held during the Annual Meeting. The forum featured presentations by three Chinese judges: one from the No. 3 Civil Division (Intellectual Property Division) of the Supreme People's Court, one from the No. 3 Civil Division of the Anhui High People's Court, and one from the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Hubei High People's Court. Their reports covered topics including judicial protection of intellectual property, punitive damages, and the governance of commercial identifiers. Lawyer Jiang Haijun attended the session, gaining valuable insights into the forefront of China's intellectual property judiciary.
On May 20th (local time), Ma Fu, President of the China Trademark Association (CTA), visited the Rayto booth for guidance. Lawyer Jiang Haijun reported on Rayto's latest progress in trademark protection work. President Ma Fu outlined relevant CTA initiatives and expressed his hope for Rayto's increased participation in CTA activities.
Throughout the Annual Meeting, the Rayto team connected with numerous old friends from around the world. They also established new relationships and engaged in fruitful exchanges with professionals from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tanzania, Cameroon, Guatemala, Algeria, and many other countries across Africa, Latin America, and along the "Belt and Road" initiative.
