On April 2nd, under the guidance of the Suzhou Industrial Park Science and Technology Innovation Committee (Intellectual Property Bureau), Suzhou Industrial Park Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Suzhou Industrial Park Public Security Bureau, and Suzhou Industrial Park People's Procuratorate, the first session of the advanced training course on trade secret protection and compliance management was successfully held. The course was hosted by the National Intellectual Property Training (Suzhou) Base for Small and Medium sized Enterprises, the China Intellectual Property Training Center (Yangtze River Delta) Practice Base, and the Suzhou Industrial Park Intellectual Property Service Alliance, and was organized by Jiangsu Rayto Law Firm and co organized by the Suzhou Industrial Park Library. Lawyer Jiang Haijun, director of Rayto Law Firm, was invited to give a lecture.

Lawyer Jiang Haijun focused on the theme of "How can startups avoid the risk of trade secret infringement?", interpreted the core elements of trade secret characteristics, and systematically sorted out the legislative framework of trade secret protection in China. Through a series of legislative and judicial practices, he analyzed the standards for judicial practice recognition, detailed the rules for determining infringement, and shared practical methods such as enterprise protection strategies.
