Rayto has always attached importance to the cultivation of young lawyers and the recruitment of talent, and looks forward to more outstanding legal professionals joining us and growing together with Rayto.
Bin Zhang holds a Juris Master’s degree from Jiangsu University and studied under Professor Tang Heng. He is currently a trainee lawyer and trainee patent agent.
During his graduate studies, he focused on intellectual property, technological innovation, and data governance, emphasizing legal theory research while continuously strengthening his legal research and professional writing abilities. While at university, his paper The Typological Dilemma and Deconstruction of Public Data Rights: From the Perspective of Hohfeld’s Theory of Rights won first prize in the 2025 Jiangsu Province Graduate Legal Writing Competition.
After entering the legal profession, he has mainly participated in intellectual property dispute resolution and specialized legal services involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, and patent infringement. He focuses on conducting investigations and evidence collection in light of the actual operating models of internet platforms, and is familiar with the operational mechanisms of short-video product links, content-driven traffic, live-streaming e-commerce sales, and store sales on e-commerce platforms such as Douyin, as well as the mechanisms between merchant backends and consumer front ends. In practice, he conducts investigations and analyses concerning infringing entities and affiliated relationships, transaction chains, and platform operating data; develops electronic evidence collection and notarized evidence collection plans for different forms of infringement; and participates in organizing evidence systems, researching litigation strategies, and drafting legal documents. He also participates in non-litigation projects such as trademark portfolio planning, intellectual property risk analysis, and patent infringement risk assessment.
Ya Qiang has joined the Lawyer Department of Rayto. She graduated from South China Agricultural University with a bachelor’s degree in law and has passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
During university, she actively participated in legal practice and student work. She engaged in legal services at the university’s faculty and staff legal aid center, continuously improving her communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork abilities through practice. She subsequently participated in internships at courts and law firms, gaining exposure to case-handling procedures from different perspectives and accumulating solid practical legal experience in legal research, material organization, document processing, and case analysis. While at university, she actively participated in various practical activities and focused on improving both her professional competence and overall qualities.
After joining Rayto, she hopes to maintain a rigorous, proactive, and down-to-earth working attitude, continuously consolidate her professional capabilities through specific cases and projects, and grow together with the team.
Huanhuan Zang is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a Master of Laws degree from Changzhou University, where she studied under Professor Mo Liangyuan.
During her graduate studies, she emphasized consolidating her foundation in legal theory and deepening her research in legal theory, while continuously improving her legal research and professional writing abilities. While at university, her master’s thesis was selected as an Outstanding Graduate Thesis of Changzhou University for the Class of 2026. Her paper Theoretical Interpretation of the Integration and Innovation of the Anti-Corruption Rule of Law System in the New Era won first prize from the Integrity Legal System Research Society and the Audit Law Research Society of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society. Under the guidance of the team, she has participated in organizing evidence systems, researching litigation strategies, and drafting legal documents, and has also been involved in non-litigation projects such as trademark portfolio planning, intellectual property risk analysis, and patent infringement risk assessment. In this process, she focuses on identifying the issues in dispute from case facts and legal norms, and gradually applies the legal theory foundation, legal research, and professional writing abilities accumulated during her graduate studies to practice.
Xiangru Wen graduated from Yunnan University with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2019. She was trained under the National Outstanding Legal Talent Program and was named an Outstanding Graduate of Yunnan Province. In 2026, she obtained a Master of Laws (Juris Master) degree from Nanjing University, with a research focus on intellectual property law.
Before pursuing her master’s degree, she practiced law in Kunming for nearly four years, mainly handling civil and commercial dispute resolution while also undertaking non-litigation matters such as bankruptcy reorganization and ongoing legal counsel.
During her practice, she led a series of cooperative real estate development contract dispute cases with an amount in dispute exceeding RMB 300 million, one of which was selected as a typical case of the national courts’ “headquarters-to-headquarters” online diversified mediation. She also led a retrial case involving a construction project subcontracting contract dispute, in which a procuratorial protest led to a retrial and a revised judgment, recovering more than RMB 5 million in losses for the client. She participated in a bankruptcy reorganization case involving 17 companies, which was selected as one of the Top Ten Commercial Cases of National Courts in 2022. In addition, as a member of a provincial legal popularization team, she participated in Yunnan Province’s special action to “strengthen the foundation of legal popularization and address shortcomings,” going to the grassroots to carry out supervision, research, and training.
She has now chosen to focus her practice on intellectual property and hopes to gradually grow into a professional intellectual property lawyer at Rayto.
