Rayto’s 8th Anniversary Celebration and Employee Commendation Conference Successfully Held in 2026!

On July 31, 2026, Rayto’s 8th Anniversary Celebration and Employee Commendation Conference was successfully held. All Rayto members gathered together to look back on the eight-year journey, pay tribute to the partners who have walked side by side, and gather strength for the next journey.

The celebration was moderated by Attorney Jing Chen, Deputy Director of Rayto. At Rayto, colleagues are not brought together by chance “encounters,” but by active choices based on shared values and professional ideals. It is precisely because everyone has chosen professionalism and responsibility that the trust and bonds among them have grown deeper. This tacit understanding, polished by time, is Rayto’s most precious foundation.

Amid warm applause, the conference welcomed an important commendation segment. Rayto extended its most sincere tribute to the partners who have walked alongside it all the way—those who have been with Rayto for five years include Tong Li, Tan Meng, Dairong Hu, Wenyan Li, Huimin Wan, and Huikang Jin; those who have been with Rayto for ten years include Xuejian Wu, Chunxia Zhou, Ping Gao, Qingqing Li, and Beibei Jin. Through their day-after-day dedication, they have written vivid footnotes for the development of the Rayto team.

In the remarks segment, the commended colleagues shared one by one their experiences and reflections along the way at Rayto. Although their professional directions differ, they all mentioned, almost unanimously, their heartfelt love for this career. Because of love, even occasional busyness is enjoyable; because of love, every day brings interesting people and things, making ordinary work vivid and full.

At the end of the conference, Attorney Haijun Jiang, Director of Rayto, delivered a concluding speech. He encouraged all Rayto members: believe in your own efforts—solid professional competence is the foundation of standing firm; walk steadily, and every effort will settle into irreplaceable value. At the same time, believe even more in the power of the team. Rayto has been growing over the years, and it is inevitable that different voices will arise along the way—this is normal and also valuable. Only with disagreement is there thinking; only with collision is there progress. As long as everyone always strives in the same direction, Rayto is getting better and better, and will be even better.

He also shared a reflection based on his own experience: every year, one should strive for a tremendous breakthrough for oneself. Changing oneself is difficult, but one must dare to change. Growth is never achieved overnight; it is the accumulation day after day and self-breakthrough time after time. As you become better, the team will also become better because of you. In the future, may we continue to walk side by side.

Eight years is a milestone, and even more so a new starting point. From sowing and cultivating in the early days to steady progress today, every step of Rayto’s growth embodies the wisdom and sweat of every Rayto member.
