National Expert for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance

On July 7, in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Construction and Management of the National Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Expert Pool (Trial) and related work arrangements, and upon deliberation and approval by the Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Council and public announcement, the China Intellectual Property Society and the National Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Center confirmed the addition of 37 national overseas intellectual property dispute response guidance experts.

Attorney Meng Tan, head of the Trademark and Brand Legal Affairs Department and partner at Rayto, was successfully appointed as a "National Expert for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance" based on deep professional accumulation and rich practical experience in the field of foreign-related intellectual property. Attorney Meng Tan is also the only lawyer from Jiangsu Province selected in this addition list.

Previously, Attorney Jiang Haijun, Director of Rayto, had already been appointed as a "National Expert for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance." With Attorney Meng Tan's successful appointment, Rayto now has two national experts for overseas intellectual property dispute response guidance.
