Lawyer Haijun Jiang , patent agent, arbitrator, director of Rayto Partners, P.C.(Jiangsu), visiting scholar of University of Washington (US). He is the director of the specialized committee of Intellectual Property property protection law of Nanjing Lawyers Association, and one of the first leading Intellectual Property property talents in Jiangsu Province. He wasawarded "China's Top 50 Outstanding Intellectual Property Property Lawyers" in 2018-2019.
Due to his excellent performance in public recruitment competition, he become the director of the specialized committee of Intellectual Property property protection law of Nanjing Lawyers Association. Now, he is an arbitrator of Nanjing Arbitration Commission, Hainan International Arbitration Court and similar institutions, an expert in technical expert database of China (Nanjing) IPR Center, a patent infringement judgment expert of China (Suzhou) Intellectual Property Property Protection Center, an expert advisory committee member of Suqian Intellectual Property Property Office, an expert of Technology Transfer Center of Southeast University, and an entrepreneurial mentor of Nanjing University.
In his career, he has dealt with more than 400 Intellectual Property property litigation cases, among which many cases have been rated as 10 best cases by the Intellectual Property Property Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, 50 typical Intellectual Property property cases in Chinese courts in 2018 evaluated by the Supreme People's Court (Supreme People's Court) and guidance cases of the Supreme People's Court. Among the cases, the judgment of many cases were changed in the trial of second instance, which made a useful exploration for the trial of Intellectual Property property rights.
He pays attention to theoretical study. His articles were awarded excellent thesis by the Intellectual Property Property Professional Committee of All China Lawyers Association. He has published a series of papers in core journals, and a monograph by him as the main author is also being published. Participation in the legislative work: He participated in the research on the legislation of the Patent Law, the formulation of regulations on the promotion of Intellectual Property property rights in Jiangsu Province, and proposed amendments to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China. He once participated in the exchange activity between Intellectual Property property prosecutors and lawyers held by the Supreme People's Procuratorate as one of the 12 representative lawyers throughout the country.
He is full of entrepreneurial spirit and leadership. In 2011, he found a team. Currently, the team has nearly 100 members, including 24 patent lawyers and 54 patent agents, and was awarded the "Top 10 Outstanding Patent Teams for Intellectual Property Property Litigation" in October 2019. The team has 2 Intellectual Property property leaders and 6 Intellectual Property property backbone talents, ranking first among the Intellectual Property property service institutions in Jiangsu Province.
He went to Europe and the United States to study for many times,including an one-year academic visit to the University of Washington in the United States. He has attended three INTA meetings, delivered a keynote speech in Munich, Europe in 2017, and made a speech to the Washington State Bar Association in 2019. He has established extensive contacts with lawyers at home and abroad,and is a member of LES (Licensing Executives Society), a member of the WATCM, and a consultant of the Seattle Entrepreneurship Club.
