As the lead counsel, he represented Ningbo Sunrise Industrial Automation Co., Ltd. in response to the patent infringement lawsuit initiated by Eton Systems AB in Sweden. In the case, Eton claimed compensation of 40 million yuan. By analyzing the contract involved in the case, he proved that even if Ningbo Sunrise constitutes an infringement, its profit does not exceed 1 million yuan.Finally, the court accepted his point of view, which cleared the way for the listing of Zhejiang Risun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

As one of the lawyers in the team, he successfully represented the "Internet celebrity mop" case (No. 323 (2020), Final, Civil Division,Intellectual Property Property, SPC). The Supreme people's Court rejected the lawsuit of the patentee, which recovered the loss of 6 million yuan for the litigant.
